Have you ever wondered how people in FW discovered armies or have you wanted to know who they really are? In this column, we will be interviewing members of Fire Warriors and discovering more about them.
Hello Fire Warriors, today we are starting a new column here on the Fire News Central and that is Meet The Warrior. It’s only right that the first edition of the column focuses on a person who was thrust into Leadership last month and was followed by many members who are an incredible part of the Fire Warriors community today. That person is Justin aka Kyle104.
Justin was introduced to the Fire Warriors’ Leadership after his creation, Masked Bandits, merged into the army. With both armies together, the goal was to create a brighter future for all. But let’s go back in time and discover who Justin really is.
Justin’s History
Justin first joined CPA in 2012, 14 years ago!!! He originally joined Special Weapons and Tactics and that influenced his decision in the future to rejoin and lead the army in late 2024. Justin doesn’t remember much about his time in armies but if I know Justin, he probably never took no for an answer. Justin is as resilient as they come, never given anything but making a path for himself, carved through hard work and resilience. He soon joined Dark Warriors, working his way through the armies ranks. He served DW for three years, becoming Leader in 2015 before the army closed its doors.
During his time in DW, he witnessed the major war between them and the Light Troops, he saw multiple leadership changes including the banishment of Spi, Andrew and Freezie both departing and much more. There was always a lot of drama in CPA but Dark Warriors persevered and remained at the top of its game for some time.
Following his time in DW, Justin made his way through the community, serving as HCOM in many armies; but his most notable work came in the CPPS (Club Penguin Private Server) era. In 2019, Justin became a Leader of the Templars and led the army through several Holy Wars. For two years, he was a pivotal part of their Leadership, leading the army through tough times which included a community ban and great runs which saw the Templars rise to the top on many occasions.
Other notable reigns include his time in Void Troops, co-founding the army which went on to have success in its own right and his Leadership in Dark Warriors in 2025 where he helped the army run towards their first trophy of the newly-formed generation. It’s safe to say, his experience is great and it goes well beyond everything said in this post.
Before moving into Fire Warriors, Justin created Masked Bandits. The Bandits went on to create an alliance with Fire Warriors, creating a bond between the two armies – one which would be greater than even they knew. Just last month, they fought in a war against Pizzaioli, sweeping in the battles they fought before creating a treaty with them and returning most of the land. Ultimately, MB and FW came together to create a better future for everyone, aiming for major goals. Recently, we saw Fire Warriors obtain major which meant we were able accomplish just one of the goals we had together. Now, we aim for much bigger goals together and with Justin as leader, we will aim high.
Interview
Instead of just listing his experience, I think it would be better to hear it from the man himself. With that being said, I approached Justin for an exclusive interview.
What drew you to armies/ SWAT and how did you come across it?
I came across swat around the summer of 2012 during a club penguin event as a normal player, i got redirected to the site, entered the xat and slowly after that joined the army, I do not recall who I exactly spoke to at the time though.
You led Templars through many successes and hardships. What was the hardest thing you had to deal with and how did you get through it?
The hardest thing to work through was probably the amount of controverises we have been through, having to switch between leagues and cppses due to how many times we have been banned, the amount of success we found despite these hardships genuinely templars was and still is in my eyes one of the best CPPS armies to exist.
During your time in armies, do you ever feel like you’ve really found a home? What’s kept you going all this time?
I feel like its complicated, I always seen DW as my true home especially back in the day. But nowadays its like what do you do when your home is no longer your home? You build or find a new one.
Outside of armies, who is Justin? Do you have any interests or hobbies?
My main interests and hobbies are creating music and modeling, I’m also currently entering making clothes, hence why i’m in fashion school
Do you feel like your time in armies has helped you at all in real life? If so, how?
The main thing i would say CPA taught me is how to be a leader and not a follower, theres a lot of things I have achieved in other ways instead of going the same route as everyone else
What are you goals in Fire Warriors?
To continue to help build and grow this generation of FW to heights not only seen by the current community but also the past, my main focus is to build FW into a home for those that was like me, and won’t end up searching for another one down the line. Once a Fire Warrior always a Fire Warrior.
Undoubtedly, Justin has major goals in Fire Warriors and his passion to ignite the flame within is clear. However, there is a long way to go before we are able to make our dreams a reality. Is there something about Justin that you learned in this post? Perhaps there is something you would like to know. Be sure to leave a comment with your thoughts!
