Fire Warriors, glad to see you all again! I’m reviving an old column of FW called “Notable Moments”! Essentially, I pick out some noteworthy funny moments that we can all reminisce on until our next event! If you have any suggestions for notable moments for this week, please suggest to me directly until Monday of next week!
Sid’s Promotion!
With hard work comes some rewards for people as well. This week, on we had Sid get a promotion to join myself as Field General! While that is unfortunate for people like Clout and Swirl, due to Sid’s new moderation permissions, we managed to also get more done. However, some troops now have to be careful, as Sid is slightly unstable and has a tendency to go for bans or brainrot. I would suggest being on her good side by consistently complimenting her and making sure her ego is well fed!
New Promotion System
Last week, I finally managed to fix up our promotion system using the FOGO bot! With that, HCOM will have an easier time verifying, leading to faster promotions for troops. However, it’s only as fast as us HCOM… so um please don’t blame us when we are tired right after the event and it takes another few hours after the event to do promotions… (Soon enough I’ll try and figure out an easier way to update ranks page on the website too!)
There honestly wasn’t too much that happened last week aside from the Parrot Takeover and Puffle Takeover, which were both excellent (and yet not funny enough to keep here). However, I have much better notable moments for next week, so keep an eye out! #FWFORLIFE!!
